Inspire Development Centers (IDC) is soliciting written proposals from qualified firms to secure a operational lease or rental agreement for Multiple Color Digital Copy Machines & Maintenance Services, based on a Cost per Copy pricing, wherein the successful bidder supplies the equipment, installation, setup, training, parts and repairs, ALL consumables (except paper) for a term of four (4) years. The successful bidder will be responsible for the return of IDC’s existing copy machines equipment, as per the terms and conditions of the equipment lease, existing equipment schedule attached. IDC is a Federal and State funded non-profit organization providing comprehensive early care, education, and family services to young children and their families in several counties throughout the state of Washington.
