RFP 2021-082 Swift Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Shelter Manufacturing & Parts Support

Sealed proposals for Community Transit’s Swift Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Shelter Manufacturing & Parts Support contract are due by 3:00 pm PST December 14, 2021.

The Contract provides for the manufacture and delivery of custom Station Shelter Kits, Station Railing Kits, and other parts and assemblies, including product and installation support, for an initial contract term of two years plus four subsequent Option Years in two-year increments.  An initial order for the Swift BRT Orange Line is included and will be ordered in the first quarter of 2022.

To view and download the RFP, Vendors must self-register in Community Transit’s e-Procurement portal at: https://www.communitytransit.org/about/procurement/vendorregistration.

After registering, go to the “Solicitations” tab, find the RFP number, click the “View” link, then click on the “Documents” sub-tab and download RFP 2021-082.

A Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for 1:00 pm on 11/10/21 followed by a networking session for prime contractors and subcontractors.  ZOOM instructions are on pg. 4 of the RFP.

The deadline for submitting questions and clarification requests is 3:00 pm on 11/17/21.
