Drug & Alcohol Testing, DOT Physicals and Occupational Medicine Services
Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 PM, Pacific Time, November 10, 2022 by the Spokane Transit Authority (STA), 1230 W. Boone Ave., Spokane, Washington 99201, for Drug & Alcohol Testing, DOT Physicals and Occupational Medicine Services in accordance with the specifications and conditions stated in the Request for Proposal (RFP) package.
Proposals shall be titled "RFP 2022-10715 Drug & Alcohol Testing, DOT Physicals and Occupational Medicine Services ". An electronic copy must be submitted by the due date and time above via Drop Box at the following link:

STA reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, to waive minor informalities and irregularities in the Proposal submission process, to negotiate with any Proposer, and to accept Proposals that are considered to be in the best interest of STA.

Proposers will be required to comply with all applicable FTA, Federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.
