The State Board of Education (SBE) is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from Consultants interested in providing professional learning for educators in the Washington State Mastery-based Learning Collaborative (MBLC) as part of a demonstration project taking place in select school districts throughout Washington State. Ultimately, evaluation of the professional learning will inform the identification and development of effective policies, practices, and system changes that can contribute to the application of mastery-based learning (MBL) programs throughout the Washington K-12 education system.

The Washington State Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction is the entity issuing this RFP on behalf of the State Board of Education.
