RFP-2024-GHT-001 Route Scheduling and Management Software

Grays Harbor Transportation Authority (GHTA) provides public transportation to Grays Harbor County. GHTA is seeking Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from qualified firms interested in providing a route scheduling and management software program to provide support for our two on-demand services, paratransit, and DAR. We will entertain proposals from firms who provide an all-in-one software solution that includes on-demand and fixed-route services for future growth. Please see the RFP document for details.

Solicitation documents for this opportunity are available online through Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS) located at https://fortress.wa.gov/ga/webs/. Proposer(s) are responsible to register in WEBS and download the RFP-2024-GHT-001 solicitation documents to receive automatic email notification or any future Addenda.

An optional Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held virtually on February 8, 2024 at 1:30 PM. Contact Procurement Coordinator for access. Proposals are due no later than February 20, 2024 at 5:00 PM.
