The monitoring will include (1) reviewing each LEAs’ nondiscrimination-related policies and procedures for students, information shared about nondiscrimination with students and families, and evidence of staff and coordinator training and (2) drafting determinations of each LEAs’ compliance with nondiscrimination laws
