Johansen Construction Company (JCC) is requesting quotes from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the following project:

Subcontractor/Supplier Quote Due Date: December 6, 2022

DBE Condition of Award Goal: 19%

Project Duration: 65 Working Days

Special Schedule Consideration: Anticipated start date is 120 Calendar Days following Contract Execution

Project Description: This contract provides for the improvement of Bridge SR 518/125 over SR 418 in King County at MP 1.44 to 1.46 including replacement of the existing damaged girder, temporary erosion control, bridge deck demolition, railing, expansion joints, bridge drain and drain pipe, traffic control, and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the WSDOT Standard Specifications.

Subcontractor/Supplier Opportunities Include (but are not limited to): erosion control, existing bridge demolition, traffic control, striping, hauling, signage, guardrails, bridge railing, survey, structural concrete, flatwork concrete, and permanent signage. As well as the supply of ready-mix concrete, prestressed concrete girders, and disposal.

JCC encourages bids from all subcontractors and suppliers including Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE’s), for any item of work, or portion of an item, or combination thereof related to this project.
