REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: 325-180 Ike Kinswa State Park Water Rentals

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project seeks a kayak rental vendor at Ike Kinswa State Park. The location of vendor will be in the day-use use area near the swim beach. Exact space to be determined. The contract period will be for up to five years with the possibility of one additional 5-year term. This concession should provide kayaks (1 or 2-person or both), SUP boards, and possibly other types of approved water rentals. Due to the close proximity to the food concession, no food or beverages sales will be allowed. It is possible the park has space to park a trailer for storage of kayaks and lifejackets. Location TBD.

EXPECTED TIME PERIOD FOR CONTRACT: The contract period will be for up to five years with the possibility of one additional five-year extension.

BIDDER ELIGIBILITY: This procurement is open to those Bidders that satisfy the minimum qualifications stated herein and that are available for work in Washington State.
