REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: RFP 325-218 Mount St. Helens Visitor Center Food and Beverage

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project seeks a food and beverage vendor and at the Mt. St. Helens Visitor Center near Silver Lake. The location of the vendor will be in the small Concession Building located just outside the entrance to the visitor center. The contract period will be for up to five years with the possibility of one additional 5-year term. This concession should provide a variety of food and beverage items. Coffee/espresso is a big request from visitors.

EXPECTED TIME PERIOD FOR CONTRACT: The period of performance of any contract(s) resulting from this RFP is tentatively scheduled to begin on or about May 1, 2024 and shall have a duration of up to five (5) years. Thereafter, via mutual negotiation, State Parks and the Contractor may extend the contract for an additional five years or in parts thereof.
