RFP 325-389 Fort Worden State Park Campus Leases – Lease Valuation & Analysis

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: RFQ 325-236 Palouse to Cascades State Park Trail – Rock Lake to Idaho Border Tunnels and Trestles

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a contractor to provide a lease study concluding market rent of existing commercial leasehold spaces that currently occupy State Parks owned buildings on the campus of Fort Worden State Park.

EXPECTED TIME PERIOD FOR CONTRACT: The period of performance of any contract(s) resulting from this RFP is TBD.

AVAILABILITY OF DOCUMENTS: The RFP, including any amendments and bid results, will be available through WEBS Bid Opportunities, which is Washington's Electronic Business Solution. Bidders are responsible for registering properly in the WEBS system and downloading the solicitation document and all appendices and incorporated documents related to this solicitation. Copies of this solicitation are also available to bidders through https://parks.wa.gov/about/contact-us/contracting-opportunities/state-purchasing may be used at the bidder's discretion. Notification of any RFP addenda, amendments or Bidders' questions and answers will only be provided to bidders who have registered with WEBS and have downloaded the solicitation from WEBS. Failure to do so may result in a Bidder having incomplete, inaccurate, or otherwise inadequate information.
