The purpose of this Competitive Solicitation is to receive and evaluate competitive bids, with the potential to award one or more contracts for qualified firms to provide Park Model Recreational Vehicles (PMRVs) to State Parks. The initial purchase will be for one PMRV unit, with delivery expected by June 30, 2025, and with options for additional purchases on an as-needed basis through potential contract extensions. The PMRV units must meet the technical specifications outlined in this document to align with State Parks' standards. This solicitation aims to establish a pool of contractors to ensure availability and mitigate risk, allowing State Parks to select from multiple qualified providers as needed. The number and quality of bid responses are unknown, and State Parks will carefully evaluate and score submissions without an obligation to award any specific number of contracts. Furthermore, State Parks reserves full discretion and judgment in determining the number and selection of awarded contracts, prioritizing quality and alignment with requirements over simply achieving a target number of awards.
