The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission (State Parks) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide snow removal services for State Parks’ Winter Recreation Program at the Franklin Falls Sno-Park, for three (3) parking lots with approximately one hundred (100) total parking spaces, located 2.5 miles up Forest Road 58 from I-90 Exit 47. (Franklin Falls will be replacing the existing Asahel Curtis Sno-Park)
