The project seeks a mobile food and beverage vendor at Potholes State Park near Moses Lake, WA. The contract period will be for up to five years with the possibility of one additional 5-year term. This concession should provide a variety of food and beverage items. The chosen bidder may expand their offerings once operating in the park and getting feedback from park visitors. The vendor will be placed in the day use area on a 12 x 23 concrete pad near the restroom. This is near the boat launch, a covered kitchen shelter and several picnic tables. The chosen vendor must be self-contained. A $50 per month utility fee will be charged for fresh water fill up, gray water dump, and garbage.
