REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: RFP 527-021 Fort Worden Hospitality Services

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission (State Parks) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide hospitality services to include housekeeping, laundry services, and event space services at Fort Worden Historical State Park. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to maintain the cleanliness, hygiene and operational readiness of designated facilities within the park. The services shall be performed in a manner that upholds the historical integrity of the park, minimizes environmental impact, and ensures a positive experience for all park visitors and guests.

EXPECTED TIME PERIOD FOR CONTRACT: The initial period of performance of any contract(s) resulting from this RFP will be through December 31, 2027 with option to extend.
