TD&H Engineering is seeking proposals from qualified and certified MBE, WBE, and DBE professional service firms to provide services on this project and future transportation and civil design projects in the following areas: environmental documents and permitting, traffic analysis and design, historical and archaeological, and in order to assist DBE firms we are accepting proposals in other disciplines as well.
