The improvement of Bigelow Gulch Corridor (Forker Road) in Section 35, in Township 26N, Range 44 E.W.M. by clearing and grubbing, roadway excavation including haul, embankment compaction, channel excavation, culvert pipe, catch basins with frame and grate, crushed surfacing top course, Portland cement type 2, cement treated base (CTB), hot mix asphalt, silt fence, topsoil, seeding, fertilizing and mulching, drop structures, erosion/water pollution control, plantings, guardrail, concrete barrier, pavement marking, signing, temporary traffic control and other work
