FOR BUILDING 4 VISITOR’S LOBBY FURNITURE

PIERCE TRANSIT is a municipal corporation with administrative offices located at 3701 96th Street SW, Lakewood, Washington 98499-4431.  Proposals are being solicited from qualified firms interested in providing design services, and furniture selection for Pierce Transit’s Building 4 Visitor’s Lobby located at 3701 96^th Street SW, Lakewood, Washington 98499-4431.

You must be a registered vendor on our eBids website to download proposal documents. You can access eBids to get registered from our Agency website at www.piercetransit.org/purchasing.

A Pre-Proposal Meeting will not be held. Interested firms may at their own convenience visit Pierce Transit’s Building 4 Visitor’s Lobby located at 3701 96^th Street SW, Lakewood, Washington 98499-4431. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

All questions, comments, concerns or requests for clarifications regarding the contents and requirements of the RFP documents shall be submitted to and received by Pierce Transit no later than 5:00 p.m. on November 14, 2018. Requests shall be in writing by Pierce Transit’s eBids website, email, hand delivered, or mailed. Responses will not be given to inquiries received after this date and time. All responses will be provided to all plan holders in the form of an Addendum to the RFP.

Proposals will be accepted by Purchasing at Pierce Transit Headquarters until 5:00 p.m. November 20, 2018, and must be addressed to Naomi Graham, Purchasing Coordinator, Pierce Transit, 3701 96th Street SW, Lakewood, Washington 98499-4431.
