RFP Collection, Transportation, Recycling and/or Disposal of Used Oil, Antifreeze and Oil Filters

Contractor will provide all management, materials, equipment, labor and other items necessary to provide collection, hauling, and recycling/disposal of waste materials as follows:

Used Oil:  (1) Screen/Test for contamination.  (2) Pump waste materials from eight 350 gallon aboveground tanks into approved transportation vehicles or vessels from various locations (3) Haul to end use loction/disposal site.  Refining is preferred method for uncontaminted oil.  (4) Provide record of screening/testing, quantity pumped, final management method, and final facility location.

Uncrushed Oil Filter:  (1) Collect 55 gallon barrels containing uncrushed oil filters into approved transportation vehicles or vessels from various locations (2) Replace barrels with empty, properly labeled barrels (3) Haul barrels to end use locations/disposal site.  (4) Provide a record of quantity, final management method, and final facility location.

Spent Antifreeeze/Coolant:  (1) Collect 55 gallon drums containing waste materials into approved transportation vehicles or vessels from various locations (2) Replace drums with empty properly labeled drums (3) Haul drums to end use location/disposal  site (4) Provide a record of quantity, final management method, and final facility location.

Reports:  Provide quarterly and annual report
