EASTSIDE PAVEMENT PRESERVATION MATERIAL TESTING SERVICES RFP

The City of Olympia (City) is soliciting Proposals and Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide materials sampling and testing services for the Eastside Pavement Preservation Project (PRJ-22-000084/WSDOT Project No. LA#10336).

The RFP document will be available for viewing on the Builders Exchange of Washington’s website under the City of Olympia – Goods and Services Category at www.bxwa.com by Monday, May 22, 2023.

The deadline for this RFP is 4:00 p.m., June 12, 2023. Earlier responses are welcome. Only submittals emailed in a PDF format will be accepted.

All questions to this RFP must be received by Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. Questions received after this date may not be answered. Questions will be answered via an addendum and posted on Builders Exchange of Washington website at www.bxwa.com. Firms shall verify number of Addendums on the Builders Exchange of Washington website prior to submission deadline.
