The Joint Transportation Committee (JTC) of the Washington State Legislature has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to conduct an “Ocean-Going Vessel Shore Power” study. Up to $465,000 will be available for the study.

The study will commence approximately February 27, 2025.  The study is divided into two phases:   1) Phase I report due June 30, 2025; 2) Combined Phase I and Phase II final report is due to the Legislature by December 31, 2025.
