RFP No. 2023_RFP_E1 - Lair Auditorium Sound System Upgrade
Community Colleges of Spokane (CCS) is requesting proposals from qualified theater sound design companies to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to enhance and install sound systems in the commons/stage areas and related spaces of the Spokane Community College auditorium, as more fully described herein (collectively, the “Project”). Spokane Community College (SCC) is located at 1810 N Greene St., Spokane, WA, 99217.
The sound system enhancements and installation shall include new equipment, as well as repairs or upgrades to existing equipment as needed, to maximize sound quality of all the auditorium’s productions and presentations.

It is a MANDATORY REQUIREMENT for All companies wishing to participate and for their proposals to be accepted to attend a Mandatory Project Walk Through scheduled on November 7th, 2023 @ 12:00 PM PST with staff from Community Colleges of Spokane. The walk-through will take place at the SCC Auditorium, 1810 N Greene St., Spokane, WA, 99217.This familiarity is to be achieved by a thorough reading of the RFP. The purpose of this Project walk-through is to allow each proposer to perform whatever evaluation of the existing Project site conditions and condition of the existing sound system the proposer requires, to enable them to submit a proposal to perform all mandatory work and “as-needed” work, described above. Submittal of a proposal shall serve as the proposer’s acknowledgement of having been given an opportunity to conduct an inspection of all auditorium sound equipment sufficient to submit a binding proposal in response to this RFP.
Proposals are Due December 04, 2023 @ 4:00 PM PST.
