Project Description: Construct the Park Avenue N. Extension project. The work includes but is not limited to: excavation; grading; saw-cutting; removal of pavement; removal of concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk; water main installation; storm drainage installation; illumination system installation; traffic signal system installation; forming and placement of concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk and ADA curb ramps; paving with asphalt; paving with cement concrete; adjustments to utility frames, grates and covers; installation of street channelization; property restoration and all other work necessary to complete the Work as specified and shown int eh Contract Provisions. 

Subcontractor/Supplier Opportunities Include (but are not limited to): clearing & grubbing, erosion control, HMA paving, planing, flatwork concrete, striping, landscaping, hauling, signage, guardrails, traffic barriers, dewatering, electrical, traffic control, structural earth walls, and survey. As well as the supply of ready-mix concrete, pipe/utilities, aggregate, and disposal.

JCC encourages bids from all subcontractors and suppliers including Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (UDBE’s), for any item of work, or portion of an item, or combination thereof related to this project.
