Seeking Food Consessionaires for Eastside Community Center and STAR Center. 

We’d like to invite interested vendors to review Metro Parks Tacoma’s “Request For Proposal P2023-29”

All questions and requests for clarification may be submitted in writing prior to 12:00PM, Pacific time on Monday, October 16, 2023.

Respondent(s) are invited to attend the optional site visits at each location to familiarize themselves with the location prior to submitting their proposals in order to determine all requirements associated with the lease of the premises. This familiarity is to be achieved by a thorough reading of the RFP, attendance at the optional site visit(s), and the Respondents’ questions and Metro Parks’ answers. There will be an opportunity to view each site.

The first (1st) optional site visit is Thursday, October 12, 2023, at 1:30PM at Eastside Community Center, 1721 E 56th Street, Tacoma WA 98404

The second (2nd) optional site visit is Thursday, October 12, 2023, at 2:45PM at STAR Community Center, 3873 S. 66th St., Tacoma WA 98409

You are welcome to submit proposals for one or both sites. Each site needs a separate proposal. Proposals are Due October 20th, 2023 by 12:00PM.

It is the responsibility of any interested Contractor to review Metro Parks Tacoma’s website for any RFP revisions or answers to questions prior to submitting a proposal.
