Declaration Networks Group (“DNG” or “Declaration Networks”), working within the current guidelines of the NTIA program, is seeking a single construction vendor that meets all the local and state requirements outlined in this RFP and either has internal required staff and required equipment to build the entire network, or being capable of managing both internal and external qualified sub-contractors. It is DNG’s intent to build the entire network within the current NTIA and Washington State schedule and due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances using a single general contractor. The winning bidder must self-perform at least 50% of the overall work effort.  This is a unit-based proposal with line-item cost based on estimated total construction unit quantities and either strategy (100% self-perform internally or oversee portions thereof up to 50%) must remain within the unit prices submitted.
