The Joint Transportation Committee (JTC) of the Washington State Legislature is issuing an RFP to conduct a "WSDOT Project Delivery & Innovative Practices" study. The purpose of this study is to make recommendtions for changes to current practices and statutory requirements related to WSDOT project delivery that will reduce costs, improve competition, or shorten the delivery schedule, or make progress in a combination of all three factors. The budget for this project is $435,000.
