PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The State of Washington, Department of Health is seeking qualified contractor(s) to identify a contractor that can staff a program to procure and distribute DOH-approved supplies to support harm reduction activities and drug checking activities at syringe service programs.

BIDDER ELIGIBILITY: The Washington State Department of Health is seeking qualified contractor(s) with experience in supply distribution, providing updates on supply distribution and having a tracking system in place to monitor distribution of supplies.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:  The period of performance of any contract(s) resulting from this RFP is anticipated to be from July 15, 2023, through June 30, 2024. Amendments extending the period of performance, if any, shall be at the sole discretion of DOH and are anticipated to be up to four (4) one-year extensions.

AVAILABILITY OF DOCUMENTS: The RFP, along with any amendments and bid results will be available only through Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS).  All interested Bidders must be registered with WEBS under the following commodity codes in order to receive automatic notifications: 958-16, 952-15, 958-56
