The Port of Port Angeles (Port) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms qualified and interested in providing professional planning and preliminary engineering/design for shore power improvements to the Port’s Marine Terminal 1. This is a qualification-based procurement of architectural and engineering professional services and the most qualified consultant will be selected, subject to the negotiation of fair and reasonable compensation.
