Lakehaven Water and Sewer District is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from interested engineering firms capable of providing wastewater engineering services, either in-house or by subconsultant, for an estimated 3-year period ending December 31, 2025.  

Submittal requirements must be requested no later than 2:00 p.m., local time, on Thursday, December 8, 2022.  In order to be considered, a complete proposal must be received by the District no later than 10:00 a.m., local time, on Wednesday, January 11, 2023.  

District selection, if any, of a wastewater engineering services consultant will be based on the District's evaluation of complete proposals, together with additional information and/or an interview as may be requested by the District.  It is the District's intent to secure services from the two (2) most qualified firms responding to this request for qualifications.
