Lakehaven Water and Sewer District is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from interested engineering firms capable of providing engineering consulting services, either in-house or by subconsultant, to perform the condition assessment and update the asset management program using the Cityworks platform for both the Lakota and Redondo Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP).
