The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission (State Parks) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to remove two (2) current outboard engines and install two (2) new outboard engines for a Clean Vessel Act Pumpout Boat. The pumpout boat is a 2019 Pacific Skiff. The mobile pumpout boat is primarily used in the South Puget Sound.

Bids are due: Friday, November 7, 2025, by 1:00 PM, PST.
