ECOLOGY is seeking architecture and engineering (A&E) services from qualified firms to prepare a Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) in accordance with the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) for the proposed expansion of the Key Mill Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) located approximately six miles east of Republic in Ferry County, Washington. The SEIS will focus on the following resource areas: earth and geology, human health and safety, water quality, aquatic resources, visual resources, climate change, environmental justice, and cumulative impacts.
