REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: RFP 527-021 Fort Worden Hospitality Services

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission (State Parks) is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to select a consultant team for design and permitting for projects at Moran State Park located on Orcas Island. The projects are Campground Renovations at the Cascade Lake North End and Midway Campgrounds, and the Staff Housing within the Park. There is potential that this Campground Renovation may be expanded to include design and permitting of campground renovations at the South End Campground.

EXPECTED TIME PERIOD FOR CONTRACT: The initial period of performance of any contract(s) resulting from this RFQ is expected to be from date of execution through June 30, 2027.

AVAILABILITY OF DOCUMENTS: The RFQ, including any amendments, will be available through WEBS Bid Opportunities, which is Washington's Electronic Business Solution.
