The City of Poulsbo Public Works Engineering Division desires to replace the existing 8th Ave Culvert with a fish friendly box culvert and is seeking a consultant to complete the design.  The City is seeking Statement of Qualifications from consulting firms with experience in Culvert Design.

The project will provide complete design services for the replacement of the existing 8th Ave Culvert, including plans, specifications, and opinion of cost in accordance with the FBRB Manual requirements referenced below. The selected consultant will validate the culvert design analysis from the original design report and complete design process as required. This project will also include restoration of the associated roadway, utility relocation, and other items necessary to support construction.
