Public Hospital District #4 of Grant County Washington, d/b/a McKay Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, is requesting submission of qualifications for professional architectural and engineering services to develop and provide: 1) pre-design services as provided herein modifying, modernizing and upgrading McKay Healthcare’s skilled nursing facility and 2) developing a site plan with zoning approval for the real property that it owns. Firms must meet a minimum set of qualifications in order to be considered for evaluation pursuant to RCW 39.80.
