Oak Harbor Public Schools is seeking proposals from interested parties capable of providing Construction and Grant Program Management Consultant Services and Project Construction Management Services for various projects arising between 2/5/2025 and 12/31/2026 potentially including ongoing district-wide capital construction projects funded by Department of Defense Grants. Interested parties must be able to provide subject matter expertise in the planning and execution of K-12 capital construction projects funded by federal grants.
