Gold Mountain Cascade Course
Master Plan Renovation Project
The City of Bremerton is soliciting Statements of Qualification for development of an environmental impact study and completion of associated permits and documents required for implementation of the Gold Mountain Golf Complex Cascade Course Master Plan Renovation Project.
Description of Work
Consultant’s work includes preparation of required documents and applications including but not limited to the following:
- Environmental Impact Study
- SEPA Environmental Checklist
- Washington Department of Natural Resources Forest Practices Application/Notification
City reserves the right to modify the scope of work during the course of the project.
Submittal
Submittals shall include: Firms name; phone number; email address; names of Principal-in-Charge, Project Manager, and employees proposed to work on project. Submittals shall be limited to ten pages maximum, 12-point font. Submittals in excess of 10 pages will not be considered. Submittals must be received by emailing parks@ci.bremerton.wa.us no later than 4:30PM on November 6th, 2023. City may select Consultant based solely on written submittal or submittal and interview.
Submittal will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Firms successful experience with similar projects
- Qualifications of Key Personnel assigned to the project
- Approach to the project
- Familiarity with relevant local codes and standards
- Ability to meet schedule (TBD)
- References indicating quality of past performance
