Sealed Bids must be delivered before the due date & time either:

1.  by hand to the Snohomish County Purchasing Division, 3000 Rockefeller Avenue, 6^th Floor, Everett, Washington 98201, or

2.  by mail to the attention of the Snohomish County Purchasing Division, 3000 Rockefeller Avenue, MS 507, Everett, WA  98201.

Note:  Hand delivered submittals will not be accepted at any County location other than the County Purchasing Division as described above.
