Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Progressive Design-Build Services

General: The University of Washington is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified design-build teams (which may include joint ventures) to design and construct a renovation to Parrington Hall for the Evans School of Public Policy & Governance. The University’s target budget for all work to be provided by the Design-Builder under the design-build contract is $13,400,000 to $14,600,000.

The Project: The proposed project will renovate the Parrington Hall interior to reconfigure space to meet the Evans School’s program needs for flexible learning and office space, as well as to update mechanical, electrical, information technology, and lighting systems.

Pre-submission meeting: A pre-submission meetings scheduled: Tuesday April 24^th, 2018 from 2:00-3:00PM; Parrington Hall Room #309 (The Forum).

Obtaining the RFQ: A copy of the RFQ with additional information about the project and the selection process may be obtained at the following website address: http://cpd.uw.edu/business/constr-opp.

Any addenda issued for the RFQ will be published at the same website address. If you are unable to download the RFQ or addenda, you may contact the individual noted at the end of this notice.

Submittal Deadline: No later than 3:00 p.m. on May 11, 2018.
