Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Signage, Wayfinding, Experiential Graphics

General: The University of Washington is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from experienced graphic designers, artists, manufacturers, or similar for the purpose of engaging experienced professional graphic design firms to create an enterprise-wide design guide, location specific signage and/or specialty graphics, along with implementation and location plan(s) for signage that is ADA compliant for all University of Washington campuses.  All University departments will be able to utilize the pool of qualified firms to create specific signage or graphic needs.

The University Is looking to create a pool of vendors under on-call Master Agreements to provide various levels of services and products across a number of projects and may decide to award multiple contracts for several types of related services.  (e.g. a firms to provide design and updated guides, firms to manufacture, firms to install, or firms to address comprehensive design, manufacturing and installation services.)

Submittal Deadline:  No later than 12:00 p.m. on December 18, 2019.
