Request for Qualifications No. RFQ042501: Architectural and Engineering Services for

Capital Levy Renovation Projects 2026

The Seattle School District No.1 (district) is requesting qualifications from Architectural and/or Engineering (A/E) firms interested in providing professional and construction oversight services for twelve (12) projects with a combined estimated construction cost of approximately $20.1M. Required services will include preliminary design, preparation of construction documents, and construction administration.

Proposal Submission Deadline: May 19, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.

The Request for Qualifications will be available starting on April 23, 2025 at Builders Exchange of Washington, Inc. RFQ documents associated addenda and Bidders List are available at no charge at the Builders Exchange, Inc. on-line Plan Center (www.bxwa.com).  To access documents on-line with Builders Exchange, go to “bxwa.com” and click on “Posted Projects,” “Goods and Services,” and “Seattle Public Schools Goods and Services.” It is recommended that bidders “Register as a Bidder” in order to receive automatic email notification of future addenda, to download addenda, and to be placed on the “Bidders List.”  Proposers who do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the on-line plan room for addenda issued for this project.
