Request for Qualifications No. RFQ052343: Architectural and Engineering Services for Architectural Planning BEX VI Capital Levy Planning

Seattle Public Schools (the “District”) is requesting qualifications from consultants or firms interested in providing services to assist the District with detailed conceptual architectural/engineering planning, in support of Pre-K-12 school district project development for the District’s next Building Excellence (BEX VI) capital levy currently scheduled for a vote in February 2025.

The Request for Qualifications will be available starting on May 16, 2023, at Builders Exchange of Washington, Inc.  RFQ documents associated addenda and Bidders List are available at no charge at the Builders Exchange, Inc. on-line Plan Center (www.bxwa.com).  To access documents on-line with Builders Exchange, go to “bxwa.com” and click on “Posted Projects,” “Goods and Services,” and “Seattle Public Schools Goods and Services.” It is recommended that bidders “Register as a Bidder” in order to receive automatic email notification of future addenda, to download addenda, and to be placed on the “Bidders List.”  Proposers who do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the on-line plan room for addenda issued for this project.
