Direct Mail Services

This Request for Quote & Qualifications (“RFQQ”) issued by the University of Washington for the purpose of requesting proposals from qualified Vendors to provide direct mailing services. It is the intent of the University to prequalify a pool of Vendors to provide services on an as-needed basis.  Being part of the prequalified Vendor pool is not a guarantee of work.  The University reserves the right to add additional Vendors to the pool, from time-to-time, on an ongoing basis.

Bids are due June 1, 2018.

This Request for Qualifications and Quotations (RFQQ) is being conducted through the UW Ariba Sourcing Event website.  Suppliers interested in submitting a Proposal must participate via this website. 

THIS IS A NOTICE ACCESS TO THE RFQQ WILL NOT BE GRANTED UNTIL POTENTIAL BIDDERS PROVIDE THE INFORMATION BELOW

Please review the Supplier scenarios below and follow the appropriate instructions.

Your Firm is New to Ariba

• Register on the UW Ariba Sourcing Event website at http://uw.supplier.ariba.com/
• Email the RFQQ Coordinator stating you are new to Ariba and plan to respond to RFQQ#1318375060 (Direct Mailing Services)
• The Coordinator will send you an invitation to join the event.

Your Firm has Registered with Ariba but Not Participated in a UW Sourcing Event

• Email the RFQQ Coordinator stating you plan to respond to RFQQ#1318375060(Direct Mailing Services)

• and include your Ariba Network Identification Number (ANID).
• The Coordinator will send you an invitation to join the event.

Your Firm has Previously Participated in a UW Sourcing Event (In Ariba)

• Email the RFQQ Coordinator stating you have previously participated in a UW Sourcing Event and plan to respond to RFQQ#1318375060
• The Coordinator will send you an invitation to join the event.

After receiving the event invitation, you must click on the enclosed link and accept the prerequisites to access the RFQQ.
