The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation (CTCR) in partnership with Bigfoot Communications and NoaNet will be installing a new telecommunications shelter near the town of Omak, WA. This work will support the ongoing efforts of CTCR and Bigfoot Communications to deliver cost-effective
and robust telecommunication services to tribal members in the region. This project is funded primarily by a grant from the United States Department of the Treasury (CPF-0003137) Coronavirus Capital Projects Fund, established by Section 604 of the Social Security Act, as added by Section 9901 of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. All bidders are to understand and comply with the guidance and requirements as outlined by the U.S. Department of the Treasury provided upon award. It is solely up to the bidder to understand and abide by these program requirements. This request for quotes and qualifications (RFQQ) is for identifying an appropriate vendor to provide the materials, expertise, and labor to engineer, supply, construct and commission a telecommunications shelter as outlined in the attached “Exhibit-G” specification sheet at the location shown on “Exhibit-E”. Respondents must demonstrate an ability to satisfactorily accomplish the goals of this request by the stated deadline for completion. 

RFQQ Posting date and notification to vendors: January 13th, 2025, 4:00PM Pacific. Questions Due Date: January 22nd, 5:00PM Pacific, 2025. Question responses January 24th, 2025. All oral communications will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the Colville Tribes of the Colville Reservation. Email is the preferred method of communication. RFQ Response Due Date: February 5th, 2:00PM Pacific, 2025.  All complete responses to this RFQQ must be delivered electronically via email to cctbroadbandprojects@colvilletribes.com   by the RFQQ response date and time listed. All proposals and accompanying documentation will become the property of the Colville Tribes and will not be returned. Contractor accepts all risk of late delivery of submitted proposals regardless of fault.
