ECOLOGY is seeking support for meeting facilitation and coordination services, technical expertise for the preparation of State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) environmental impact statements (EIS), communications, and logistical and project management support for work associated with programmatic EISs (PEISs) for utility-scale solar and onshore wind energy projects in Washington state. Through this contract, the vendor will help develop thorough, neutral, defensible, and factual documents to provide information on probable significant environmental impacts and potential mitigation measures.
