RFQQ : Be Well, WA Initiative

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this solicitation is to identify a vendor that can provide health communication, education, engagement, and advertising services for multiple statewide social marketing campaigns under the Be Well, WA Initiative. This initiative will include campaigns that encourage healthy eating, active living, promote mental health and overall wellbeing with a broad Washington audience.

The goal of these social marketing campaigns is to protect, support and promote the health and wellbeing of Washingtonians through behavior change strategies. A successful campaign will give the people of Washington the education needed to seek out services, change lifestyles, and modify behaviors to contribute to better health and safety outcomes. 

BIDDER ELIGIBILITY: The Washington State Department of Health is to solicit a qualified contractor who will provide the health communication, education, engagement, and advertising services for the menthol tobacco products to tailored audiences through statewide social marketing campaigns, behavior change theories and principles through the science of social marketing. The contract between the apparent successful bidder (ASB) and the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) serves to support DOH to develop, secure, place, and monitor ad placements across key channels.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:  The period of performance of any contract(s) resulting from this RFQQ shall be approximately: November 15, 2023 through June 30, 2024. Amendments extending the period of performance, if any, shall be at the sole discretion of DOH.
