The City of Sammamish is soliciting bids for a contract to assist in the Landscape Maintenance of the City’s Rights-of-Way. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Sammamish up to 2:00 p.m. (local time) on Friday, March 3, either by mail or in person. Those bids should be mailed or hand-delivered to:

The selected vendor will be expected to perform duties to include but not limited to: general lawn care; line trimming; edging; pruning of trees, shrubs and ground cover; weeding; removal of dead, diseased or infested plants; pest control through Integrated Pest Management practices; hard surface maintenance; leaf blowing and litter removal from landscape zones; brush control of native areas; branch and debris removal from maintenance zones; weeding of wetland mitigation areas; rough mowing; slope mowing; meadow mowing; and weed spraying.
