Project: Roosevelt Water Association – 495 Reservoir

Bid Opening Date: 6-27-18 @ 2:00 PM

Project Description: Project consists of the construction of a new 1.1 million gallon welded steel water reservoir, reinforced concrete foundation, site improvements, underground utility piping, perimeter security chain link fencing, retaining wall, and associated electrical, controls and instrumentation.

T BAILEY, INC. is bidding on this project as a General Contractor and would like to receive pricing for the following scope of work. Bids are to be submitted to T BAILEY, INC. by no later than end of business on Tuesday, June 26th. Please email your quotes to rbroussard@tbailey.com.   • Sitework (clearing and grubbing, grading, erosion & sediment control, excavations, trenching, backfilling, precast structures, retaining wall, etc.).
  • Underground utility pipe and valve supply and installation.
  • Tank foundation construction (set rebar, place and finish concrete, etc.)
  • Supply and install chain link fencing.
  • Tank field interior and exterior coatings.
  • Electrical, controls and instrumentation.

This project is funded by the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and is subject federal and state prevailing wage rates and will require documentation of certified payrolls.
