Request for Statement of Qualifications  
 
City of Harrington Request for Qualifications Furnish Engineering and Land Surveying Services 

The City of Harrington (pursuant to Chapter 61, Laws of 1981) is requesting Statements of Qualifications and performance information from firms interested in providing professional engineering and land surveying services for the 2018-2020 calendar years in conjunction with city sponsored projects with the potential for funding in part through State and Federal programs including Washington State Community Development Block Grant with Federal funds provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.  Required design services may include but are not limited to water systems, sewer systems, roadway, grading, stormwater management facilities, project management, planning, surveying and assistance with funding procurement.  Questions regarding this solicitation should be directed to Loretta Haugan, Clerk, (509) 253-4345. 
 
Firms desiring consideration shall submit one complete qualification package to:  City of Harrington, Attn:  Loretta Haugan, PO Box 492, Harrington, WA 99134.  Qualification packages should be submitted to arrive no later than 5:00 PM on March 2, 2018.
