PROJECT DESCRIPTION: |
This project includes tenant improvement of the existing 2,460SF Gym Annex building at St. Edward State Park, with new exterior window and door openings, and minor site improvements at entry points. The project will house a Classroom and Office for the newly formed Environmental Education and Research Center (EERC), as well as shell space for a future Parks Office. |
