Pacific Civil & Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking proposals from qualified and certified DBE, MBE, WBE, etc., Contracting, Supplier and Equipment firms for various scopes of work including erosion control, fencing, HVAC, electrical, sheet metal roof & siding, hyrdoseeding, tree removal, and block walls.

The Project’s Scope of Work as described within the Contract Documents.

This project consists of two schedules of work. Schedule A: construction a new 240,000-gallon reinforced concrete reservoir adjacent to the existing concrete reservoir on the Association’s existing easement with Seattle Public Utilities (SPU). Schedule A also includes, but is not limited to, site grading, a modular block retaining wall, site piping, surface restoration, and fencing. Schedule B consists of the equipping of a new production well with a 150-hp turbine pump, a new CMU well house, 300 feet of new 8-inch water main, piping and valves within the well house and electrical and controls. Permits and approvals have been received by King County and WSDOH.
